CUSTOMER CARE

Returns are not accepted for UNUSED/UNOPENED product.

Within the package being sent back to us as a return, include the packing slip or a printed copy of the invoice previously emailed to you. If not available, please include a note that contains the following information: shipping name, address, phone number, date of order, order number, and the reason for refund/exchange.

 

In addition, please send the goods in appropriate packaging.

We do not pay for the return shipping cost and will not be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days from receipt of delivery, it will be assumed that the customer’s order was received as expected and without damage, and no refund/exchange/replacement will be offered.

Additionally, there are no refunds on any charges related to packing and shipping for orders returned to us due to our shipping courier being unable to deliver the items based upon an incorrect address given to us by the customer during the checkout process.

Domestic Returns.

​

Refunds or cancellations within the United States will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are only issued back to the original form of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to return all items to us. The shipping method we recommend is US Priority Mail.

International Returns

​

International orders that are returned to us via our shipping courier for any of the following reasons will not be refunded:

​

  • Unable to deliver

  • No one at home

  • Incorrect address

  • 3 attempts made with no response from customer

  • Or any other factor that was not an error of Exxhibit Boutique.

 

If you would like to request a refund or cancel an order, once the shipment has been returned to Exxhibit Boutique, Inc., the original form of payment will be credited back minus the ship fee in both directions, customs, duties, taxes, etc. that may have been imposed by the country, and a restocking fee of 20%.
